Advanced control features and user comfort
The WANAS COMBO 630V air handling unit offers innovative technologies that ensure convenience and complete control over the ventilation system. The maxiControl humidity sensor automatically adjusts the indoor humidity level, while the DISPLAY V2 touchscreen provides intuitive and easy operation. Additionally, with the WANAS MOBILE CONTROL module, the system can be managed from anywhere using a mobile app. This means full control of ventilation, humidification, cooling, and heating — right from your smartphone.

High-efficiency heat exchanger
The aluminum cross-counterflow heat exchanger is an ideal solution for both single-family homes and commercial buildings, delivering optimal thermal comfort and reduced energy costs. It’s the perfect choice for those who value modern, durable ventilation technologies.
Evaporative humidifier
The evaporative humidifier in the WANAS Combo 630V air handling unit is an innovative solution that ensures optimal indoor humidity levels while improving air quality. It uses the natural process of water evaporation, which is the healthiest and most efficient method of air humidification. Water is distributed across a special evaporative mat, through which the air flows. During this process, the water evaporates, increasing the air’s humidity without the risk of oversaturation.
Always in control of your air
The COMBO 630V air handling unit features the XF System, which ensures precise balancing of airflow within the ventilation system. This system continuously monitors and automatically adjusts the operation of both supply and exhaust fans in real time to maintain balanced airflow throughout the installation. Additionally, it operates fully automatically, adapting to changes in system resistance — such as filter clogging or adjustments in system settings — ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
BYPASS
The bypass is an advanced feature in ventilation systems that allows the heat exchanger to be bypassed under specific conditions. This enables fresh outdoor air to be delivered directly into the rooms without being preheated in the exchanger. As a result, it provides effective, natural, and energy-efficient cooling of indoor spaces. The bypass function operates fully automatically, using data from temperature and humidity sensors to ensure maximum comfort without the need for user intervention.

Heat your home wisely
Intelligent modulating heater – a modern solution in ventilation systems.
Its main purpose is to maintain a stable supply air temperature, even under changing outdoor conditions. Modulation helps prevent sudden temperature fluctuations, enhancing user comfort. Thanks to its ability to adjust heating power precisely to the current demand, it also minimizes energy loss, making the system more efficient and cost-effective.
Modbus RTU
Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is a widely used communication protocol in building automation systems, including air handling units and ventilation systems. It enables reliable data exchange between devices, making it an ideal tool for integration and management of various system components.
Smart home integration:
MODBUS RTU enables the air handling unit to connect with a smart home system, allowing centralized control of ventilation through a single app or control panel. This gives users full control and flexibility in managing their indoor climate.

Water and freon-based heating and cooling coils
The WANAS COMBO air handling unit can be upgraded with a water or refrigerant (freon) heating/cooling coil, significantly enhancing its heating and cooling capabilities. Water coils use hot water as the heating medium, while refrigerant-based versions operate using a cooling agent, providing fast and efficient temperature control. Integrating these components ensures high energy efficiency and improved thermal comfort indoors, allowing the system to adapt to changing outdoor conditions and deliver year-round energy savings.
Your home, your rules – Smart home with internet module
WANAS Mobile Control W-15 and WANAS Mobile Control W-19 Wi-Fi modules provide remote control of WANAS heat recovery units via smartphone, tablet, or computer.
These modules enable real-time management of the unit’s operation — including changing operating modes, adjusting ventilation intensity, and setting custom schedules.
Users also have access to key information such as airflow rates, temperature, humidity levels, and filter status, making it easier to monitor and maintain indoor air quality.
The modules send notifications about the need to replace filters, system malfunctions, or upcoming maintenance requirements, which increases the reliability of the installation.

Expandable system – adapt the system to your needs
Refrigeration unit
The WANAS COMBO air handling unit can be equipped with a refrigeration unit that significantly expands its functionality by enabling efficient temperature management within indoor spaces. The unit serves as an additional source of heating or cooling, ensuring optimal temperature control—especially during extreme weather conditions. Its integration with the ventilation system allows for rapid adaptation to changing conditions, providing year-round comfort and energy savings.
Heat storage tank
Thanks to the option of integrating a heat storage tank with the WANAS COMBO system, energy use becomes more efficient. The tank stores heat or cold, allowing the system to adapt to fluctuating energy demands. This thermal storage helps stabilize indoor temperatures, eliminating unwanted temperature swings and optimizing energy consumption — resulting in lower operating costs and improved user comfort.
Patented solution
WANAS Combo air handling units are exceptional devices distinguished by unique, patented solutions. Innovative ventilation and humidification technologies not only ensure a healthy indoor microclimate but also minimize energy consumption, resulting in lower operating costs. Thanks to the use of modern materials and advanced design, these units support environmentally friendly operation, providing improved air quality and user comfort in every room.
