The WANAS UMECTO 1300 UNI is an advanced device designed to maintain optimal indoor humidity levels. UNI-type humidifiers are compatible with any heat recovery unit available on the market, as they feature their own controller and a maxiControl humidity sensor, which can be installed anywhere in the building.

Effective moisturising
The WANAS UMECTO 1300 UNI is an advanced device designed to maintain optimal indoor humidity levels. It operates on the basis of the natural, adiabatic process of water evaporation, ensuring that humidification takes place in a safe and health-friendly manner.
The unit is fitted to the supply air duct, downstream of the heat recovery unit. It monitors both air temperature and humidity, and thanks to the wireless MaxiControl sensor (included in the set), it automatically adjusts its operating intensity. The versatile design of the UMECTO 1300 UNI allows it to be connected to any existing ventilation system and to work with heat recovery units from various manufacturers.
Wireless moisture level monitoring
The maxiControl sensor is a modern, wireless device for measuring humidity and temperature indoors. It enables automatic control of the Umecto humidifier and adjustment of the air handling unit’s operating mode depending on the humidity level. Thanks to its wireless communication, the sensor can be installed at any time and in any location without the need for wiring. Its compact size and classic design mean that the maxiControl blends discreetly into any interior.
Evaporative mat
The device uses an efficient evaporative pad to provide a natural and hygienic way of increasing indoor humidity. The evaporative pad is a special cartridge that is saturated with water. When air is passed through it, the water evaporates naturally, which effectively increases the humidity in the room. The most important advantage is that this process is self-regulating – the air absorbs exactly as much moisture as it needs.
