This high-quality air distributor is made of 0.7 mm thick galvanized steel, ensuring durability, rigidity, and complete corrosion resistance. Equipped with practical mounting brackets, it allows for convenient wall, ceiling, or sub-ceiling mounting, providing great installation flexibility.
Key Features and Technology
The interior of the manifold is fully insulated with a 19 mm thick synthetic rubber mat, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, significantly reducing noise and energy losses.
The Ø75 connectors are made of a material with sound-deadening properties and are equipped with three flexible rubber sealing lips. This solution eliminates the need for additional gaskets, while also speeding up and simplifying installation, ensuring a tight and secure connection of the ventilation ducts.
The Ø160 connector is also made of durable plastic and features a rubber mat ring that eliminates thermal breaks and further improves the acoustic performance of the entire system.
The manifold provides a flow rate of up to 420 m³/h, ideal for mechanical ventilation systems based on modern air distribution systems.
